ELIZABETH PERKINS
Elizabeth Perkins is an actress who landed roles on TV and movies in the late ’80s. She was seen in films such as The Flintstones, Avalon, and in He Said, She Said. Apart from acting in front of the big screen, Perkins also lent her voice in the Pixar box-office movie Finding Nemo. Before starting her acting career, Perkins got a degree in drama at the Goodman School of Drama at DePaul University.
At the latter part of her career, Perkins focused on regaining back her health after being diagnosed with diabetes. The star also led a documentary campaign titled Diabetes Co-Stars, which aimed to honor diabetes caregivers and family members who help people with diabetes in their health journeys. Perkin’s condition also motivated her to shift to a healthier lifestyle, doing more exercise, and lessening the stress factors in her life. This seemed to have helped her not only in making herself the healthiest version of herself but in maintaining ageless beauty.
