BETTY BROSMER

Betty Brosmer is known for her 5’5 height with a small body frame before she started working on her body training. At a young age, she had already fallen in love with athletics and because she’s gifted with physical dexterity, she was noticed by Roebuck and the Sears catalog. In fact, he asked a printed portrait of Betty when she was just 13 years old. During her time, she won more than fifty pageants and appeared in huge magazine covers that made her famous, like Esquire and Time.

She dedicates her life to being a fitness advocate and establishing a women’s health magazine, Sharpe Magazine. Her modeling career was a success, but when she got married in 1961, she decided to stop modeling and focus on her family. Currently, at 84 years old, she can now be seen in different magazines, from health and fitness, which she credits to her writing skills.
