Star athlete and multiple-time world champion Serena Williams is not only a winner when it comes to sports, but she also has self-discipline and knows how to take control over things she wants to change, credits to her athletic patience and fighting spirit. Not so long ago, Serena shared on her Instagram account, which has over 12 million followers, a photo of her gorgeous figure. She gave emphasis to her new boots in the caption but people didn’t notice the boots at all.

Instead, they were shocked by her new physique. Serena’s secret to prevent her old body from coming back is doing extreme workout sessions. She did yoga, some cardio, a lot of interval ladder training, ab work with a resistance band, box jumps, a series of plank variations, weighted jump squats, and so much more. Her activities are clearly tailor-made to her liking and that is why it was easy for the champion to enjoy her weight loss routine. It was a huge success indeed!
